You are one of a very few.
We are asking a small number of pediatric dentists, no more than ten, to form the founding cohort of the Fireside Doctor Leadership Council. You are one of them.
One year. Four meetings, the first at Bart Yancey's home in Promontory, Park City, Utah. A room small enough that every voice matters and closed enough that every voice is honest. There are no dues, and Fireside hosts your lodging and meals. What we ask for instead is your attendance, your numbers, your candor, and your silence about everything said in the room.
One goal, held by everyone in the room.
A true Fireside-optimized practice. For yourself, and for the people sitting next to you.
Led by Bart Yancey.
Chief Executive Officer, Fireside Dental Co. Bart is the head member of Cohort One. He has built, scaled and sold a company most people only read about, and he is bringing that experience to this room, with Dr. Josh Solomon facilitating and Brandon Richards co-convening.
Four meetings. One year.
Each meeting day runs the same way: your numbers first, then the accountability round, two teaching blocks, three hot seats, and commitments for the quarter ahead. Evenings are protected. One accountability call sits between each quarter.
What a seat asks of you.
- 1Show upThree of four meetings a year, in person.
- 2Bring your numbersA short KPI dashboard, standard definitions, fourteen days ahead.
- 3TeachTwo topics a year, from what you already know.
- 4Keep it in the roomPermanently.
- 5Commit and reportOne to three commitments each quarter.
- 6Hold the lineHold others accountable; be held.
- 7Stay openAs willing to learn as to teach.
Fireside covers lodging and meals at all four meetings. You arrange your own travel to each one, and Fireside is working to secure sponsor-funded travel stipends for every member.
What stays in the room.
Everything. Hot seats, numbers, plans, side ventures, and anything personal a member chooses to share. Everyone present signs the same confidentiality terms, including the Fireside team and any industry guest. Members practice in non-overlapping markets, chosen that way on purpose.
The fine print, for those who read it: and . You will confirm both when you accept.
